For over 30 years, I operated at the highest levels - CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Advisor across global brands in Europe and Asia-Pacific. On paper, I had it all.

But beneath the surface, I was wrestling with something deeper.

It wasn’t capability that held me back.

It was the inner barriers - perfectionism, people-pleasing, and fear - that kept me from fully stepping into my power.
I realised until we align with who we truly are, success will always feel incomplete.
